Returns:
Our return policy allows no returns once an item has been received, except in cases where the product is expired, defective, or damaged upon arrival.
Customers have 2 days from the date of delivery to report and request a return for these exceptional cases.
To be eligible for a return or replacement in those exceptional cases:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
The issue (such as damage or expiry) must be reported immediately upon delivery and within 2 days.
Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 2 days.
We do not accept returns for reasons other than product damage, defect, or expiry.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take 5β10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
